‘Tune Up’ Service |

The ‘Tune Up’ service is designed to get your car running smoothly. We inspect the ignition and injection systems and replace any damaged or worn components. We clean out the throttle body and air flow meter (if required), scan the engine ECU for trouble codes and make any necessary adjustments to the idle speed control throttle body. Typically the parts replaced in a tune up service are; spark plugs, ignition leads (if fitted) air filter and fuel filter. Adding an injection system cleaner into the fuel is also a part of the tune up service. Once we have assessed the vehicle we will always advise the customer of the costs involved before we carry out any work. What all this means is that when you get your car back from a ‘Tune Up’ service at Auto Workshop it will be running at its very best and probably feel like a whole new car..! ‘Tune up’ Services start at $99* and take approximately 90 minutes.
